The Village Gallery
The Village Gallery was established in 2009 to promote the arts in Porter County and celebrate artistic talent. Original artwork from artists around the region and US are on display every six weeks. The exhibits are open to the public, with guest appearances by the artist. The Village Gallery creates educational opportunities for local schools for student field trips to view the rotating exhibits and our permanent art collections that showcase the history of the art community in our region. Art is enrichment. Pines Village Retirement Communities seeks to enrich the lives of older adults not only through the collections of art that decorate our community, but also through art classes taught by our professional artists. Art serves as a unifying medium through which friends and family may reflect and bond. It is through art that Pines Village defines its individuality and embodies the spirit and creativity of its residents. All exhibits are free and open to the public. Artists interested in exhibiting in The Village Gallery should contact Amy Page.
