DESCRIPTION:The Art of Being With People\nCome get held for two hours\, in the month when everyone needs it most. \nWe settle\, we move\, we create\, we laugh\, we make poems and drawings that pass hand to hand until nobody can say whose they are. People leave lighter than they came. \nThe workshop uses movement\, somatic practices\, and creative practices together. It’s grounded in neuroscience and emotional regulation\, but the how of it is all embodiment\, curiosity\, and connection. \nDecember takes a lot out of people. This puts some back. No skill required.
