Visit local Valpo businesses on the Third Wednesday of each month for special creative exhibitions and interactive activities.
Third Wednesdays provides an opportunity for downtown businesses to promote creative offerings and opportunities for the community during their normal hours. It unites the Creative District with a consistent monthly focus of ways to tap into creative expression or experiences. The list of businesses here are part of that initiative and each offer their own “creative menu” on Third Wednesdays of each month.

Lower Lincoln

Duneland Pottery
Each Third Wednesday, Duneland Pottery will have special time slots for #justglaze (paint-a-pot). We recommend that you register to reserve your spot (walk-ins are not guaranteed).
Porter County Museum
The PoCo Muse is excited to participate with everyone for this Creative District initiative! On Third Wednesdays, PoCo Muse will provide an interactive “Spot PoCo Mouse” eye spy activity where a version of our mascot Poco Mouse will be hidden somewhere in the exhibit for visitors to find. When found visitors earn a special limited edition button! The current exhibit on display is “The Porter County Fair: Our Heart of Hearts” which runs until the end of October. The museum’s hours are 11-5 on Wednesdays.
